The Growth Health Care Package Plus includes all the services from the Growth Health Care Package, along with the following additional services:
-Spay/Neuter
-10% discount on most other services and products
First time membership fee of $56.95 then 49.99 a month (12 month contract).
ADULT HEALTH
The Adult Health Care Package is essential for keeping your cat healthy and providing annual laboratory work. This package includes the following:
-Annual vaccines (Herpesvirus-1, Calicivirus, panleukopenia, chlamydia, Rabies)
-Key Screen Fecal PCR (1)
-Routine deworming against hookworms and roundworms (2x)
-Pedicure (2)
-Feline Leukemia and Feline immunodeficiency virus testing(1)
-Complete Blood Count(1)
-Comprehensive Panel, assessing liver, kidney and electrolyte functions (1)
-Unlimited office visits
-10% discount on most other services and items.
