The Growth Health Care Package is essential for the first year of your puppy’s life.
*Puppies must be 6 months or younger to enroll*

-Core vaccines (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Bordetella, Rabies)
-Other non-core vaccines (Lyme, Leptospirosis)
-Intestinal parasite exams (3)
-Routine deworming against hookworms and roundworms (4x)
-Heartworm test(1)
-Tick-borne disease testing for Lyme, Ehrlichia and Anaplasma (1)
-Unlimited office visits
-10% discount on all other services excluding food & traveling physician services.
First time membership fee of $61.95 then $50.99 a month (12 month contract).

The Adult Health Care Package is essential for keeping your dog healthy and providing annual laboratory work.
This package includes the following:
-Annual vaccines (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Bordetella, Rabies, Lyme, Leptospirosis)
-Key Screen Fecal PCR (1)
-Routine deworming against hookworms and roundworms (2x)
-Pedicure (2)
-Heartworm test(1)
-Tick borne disease testing for Lyme, Ehrlichia and Anaplasma (1)
-Complete Blood Count(1)
-Comprehensive Panel, assessing liver, kidney and electrolyte functions (1)
-Unlimited office visits
